Disposable paper cup production process

1、PE lamination: the original paper (white paper) is laminated with PE film by laminating machine, the paper laminated on one side is called single-sided PE laminated paper; the paper laminated on both sides is called double-sided PE laminated paper.

2, slitting: use slitting machine to slit the laminated paper into (for the wall of paper cup) rectangular paper sheet and (for the bottom of paper cup) roll paper.

3、Printing: Using letterpress printing machine to print various patterns on the rectangular paper sheet.

4、Die-cutting: Use the flat creasing and cutting machine (commonly known as die-cutting machine) to cut the printed paper sheet into fan-shaped pieces for making paper cups.

5、Forming: The operator only needs to put the fan-shaped paper cup sheet and the bottom roll paper into the feeding port of the paper cup forming machine, and the paper cup forming machine will automatically feed the paper, seal the paper, punch the bottom, etc., and then the paper cup will be automatically formed into various specifications you need. The whole process can be easily operated by one person.

6、Packing: The finished paper cups are sealed and packed in plastic bags and then packed in cartons.
